Small Group Training
Our Small Group Training classes allow you to work with a coach in a small group setting so you can get the attention you need for a fun, challenging and safe workout. You’ll meet a few times per week for the duration of your class. Our coaches will monitor you and modify exercises based on your individual needs. The group environment will motivate you to do your best and push harder than you might on your own. You’ll make new friends and workout buddies as you train together at the Club!
You’ll use a variety of equipment like TRX Suspension Trainers, Medicine Balls, Concept 2 Rowers, Airdyne Bikes, Dumbbells, and Kettlebells to target different parts of your body during the workout. You’ll work all your major muscle groups as you alternate between strength and cardiovascular exercises that are planned to be fun and effective. Best of all the workouts are quick and efficient so you don’t have to spend hours at the gym!
