Group Fitness Classes

A membership at the Club includes access to all our Group Fitness classes. Our experienced instructors will take you through a group workout and modify exercises to meet your needs and maximize results. They’ll make sure you are doing the movements correctly so you minimize the chance of injury as you learn new exercises in a fun, challenging and motivating group environment.

CRP GROUP FITNESS HAS GONE VIRTUAL!

We are bringing Circuit, Zumba, TaiChi, Tabata and Yoga right to your living room! All of our classes are taught through MindBody where you can follow along with the instructor as they lead you through your workout! Equipment? All workouts can be done with just your own bodyweight or you can get creative and use some household items to increase the challenge.

Each class will offer exercise modifications so that a variety of abilities can participate. You are in charge of how hard you’d like to work!

If you are currently not a member, you can purchase a virtual membership to take these classes! Just create an account, purchase a virtual membership or a virtual drop-in class and register for the classes you'd like to take. Then, 30 minutes before class begins you’ll receive the link to access the workout!

  • Unlimited live streamed classes monthly

  • Access to hours of previously streamed live classes

  • Access to other fitness tips rolling out over time

Virtual Class Drop-In

  • Great way to sample classes

  • No refunds for drop-ins

  • Classes cancelled up to 1 hour prior to class will be returned to account. Cancelling within 1 hour of class results in loss of fee.
