Release of Liability
I agree that if I engage in any physical activity at The Clubs at Charles River Park (CCRP), that I do so at my own risk. This includes the use of any equipment in the club or the use of any of the club's facilities including without limitation: use of the locker rooms, studios, gym facility, sauna, steam, pools, Jacuzzi, etc. In addition, I agree that CCRP is in no way responsible for personal property left in lockers or elsewhere in the facility. I agree that I am voluntary using the facility and premises and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to CCRP or its property. I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. Furthermore, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Club and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Club may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Club employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.
