Cabana Rental Agreement

THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT is made by and between THE CLUBS AT CHARLES RIVER PARK hereinafter referred to as "CCRP" and Cabana occupant, hereinafter referred to as "Renter”.

  1. CCRP rents to active renters for the period beginning on the 24th day of May 2025, through the 7th day of September 2025, understood as the cabana season.

  2. Renter agrees to abide by the CCRP cabana guest policy, listed on cabana renter’s page.

  3. Renter guarantees that any work or repairs performed are done through MGH for a fee of $60/hour with a deposit of $60 and are pre-approved by a manager.

  4. Renters understand they are not allowed to puncture anything through the ceiling or shower walls and if found will be charged a fee of $60/hour for MGH to repair.

  5. Item Disposal Fees:

    • Item Disposal: $120

      • This includes the removal of any furniture (i.e.: tables, chairs, chaise lounges etc.) and/or a grill.

    • Refrigerator: $220

    • Cabinets: $120/hour

      • Estimates of job length are available upon request before committing to removal.

  6. Power strips are not permitted.

  7. Slop sinks and/or plumbing alterations are not permitted.

  8. Electrical alterations are not permitted.

  9. Flower boxes or any other items that hang off the exterior of the fence are prohibited.

    • All flower boxes and planters must be removed at the end of the season and may not be stored inside the cabana.

  10. Portable chimney’s, fire pits and charcoal grills are not permitted.

  11. Grills must not exceed the following dimensions: 47"H x 52"W x 26"D (lid closed). All grills must have a drip pan. All grills must have a drip pan.

  12. Grills may no longer be used or stored on the bridge. The only exceptions to this will be for cabanas 13, 17, 40, 57 and 80.

  13. Renter understands that all cabana tables cannot exceed 42” in width, length, or diameter.

  14. Renter understands that all cabana refrigerators must be no larger than 15.0 cubic feet and energy star qualified.

  15. No scooters or bikes are allowed inside CCRP.

  16. Renter must maintain a continuous walkway in front of cabana of 36 inches (3ft) at all times, to meet handicapped and fire safety regulations.

  17. Renter understands that all personal belongings must be stored inside your cabana or in your designated space outside your cabana. Renters are prohibited from storing belongings outside of their designated rental area.

  18. Renter understands the area in front of the women’s restrooms for both top and bottom cabana decks must always be kept clear. The only exception to this will be for grill use in cabanas 32 and 72.

  19. CCRP has the right of emergency access to the cabanas at any time and access to inspect the cabanas.

  20. Renter understands that they must abide by posted closing time, and leave premises accordingly.

  21. Renter agrees that on the 7th day of September 2025, the cabana is emptied of all items except for the following:

    1. Grill

    2. Table

    3. Chairs

    4. Refrigerator

  22. No rights of storage are given by this Agreement. CCRP shall not be liable for any loss/damage of renter’s property left in the cabana.

  23. No personal locks will be installed on any door of the cabana.

  24. All keys must be returned the by the 7th day of September 2025 and if not will be charged a fee of $25/key.

Signing below stipulates you have read the Agreement, are in full agreement with it and will inform all of your cabana occupants of the policies stated hereinabove.
