Monthly dues paying members can request to change their membership option if eligible.
Change in Authorization of Funds Transfer Agreement
In order for your change to occur on your next billing cycle, we must receive notice a minimum of 3 days in advanced of the next billing cycle.
Membership is month to month; however, I understand that if I cancel my club membership and then rejoin anytime between April 1 - August 31, I will be required to commit to 8 months.
Monthly cancellations are effective at the end of a billing cycle. To cancel monthly deductions, a CRP cancellation form must be received at least 2 weeks in advance of last month membership is desired.
