I design exercise programs which enable individuals to enhance performance and achieve their optimal physical fitness and quality of life.

My parents inspired me by exercising regularly and staying fit. They encouraged me to participate in sports and stay physically active. As I entered high school, I asked my father to show me weight training exercises to increase my strength. I enjoyed working out and got stronger so I decided to study Exercise Science in college. After graduation, I worked in a number of local health clubs including Boston Athletic Club, Baystate Athletic Club, Quincy Athletic Club and now here at the Clubs at Charles River Park.
