I help people with overall general conditioning for all types of populations and fitness levels. I place primary emphasis on Functional Training. My fitness programs focus on, but are not limited to, strength training, cardio/aerobic conditioning, plyometrics, agility and flexibility training. By using dumbbells, bands, balance equipment, stability and medicine balls people can train their bodies in a variety of dimensions to stay strong and healthy.

I have been involved in fitness for almost 3 decades! I have competed in 10k’s, half and full marathons, triathlons and trained in martial arts. Fitness is a passion and a way of life for me - I take it very seriously and have fun doing it. I truly believe fitness is the real “Fountain of Youth”.
