Saturday, May 24 - Sunday, September 7
Cabana Payment Deadlines
Retainer & Agreement: A 20% retainer and signed cabana rental agreement are due by Friday, January 31, 2025.
If not received by 1/31, the cabana will be offered to the next person on the waitlist, no exceptions & no late payments accepted.
Second Payment: 50% of your remaining balance* is due by Saturday, March 15, 2025.
If not received by 3/15, a late fee of $150 will be assessed.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by Sunday, May 4, 2025.
If not received by 5/4, a late fee of $150 will be assessed.
*Please note, if you pay more than 20% of your retainer for your first payment, your remaining balance will be divided into two equal payments, the first due on March 15th and the last due on May 4th, 2025.
Here are the following ways in which payment can be made.
Check - please note your cabana # in the memo section of your check. Mail to The Clubs at Charles River Park, 55 Fruit Street, FIT, Boston, MA 02114, or drop off at the front desk of the health club.
Credit Card over the Phone - feel free to call 617-726-2000 ext: 0.
Online (head renter only) - if you wish to make payments online, you must have an online account*. THE ACCOUNT MUST BE CREATED UNDER THE NAME OF THE HEAD RENTER.
Any payments made by co-renters must be done by check, over the phone, or paid directly to the head renter. Click HERE for Directions on how to create an account.
* If you created an account online previously, DO NOT create a new one. If you forgot your password, please request a new one. *
Account Payment Directions:
1. When logged in to your account, click on the 'Online Store' tab
2. Click on 'Account Payments' link (located just below the Swim Lesson tab)
3. Select 'Account Payments' option and enter amount you wish to pay towards your Cabana balance, then click 'Make Purchase'
4. On next screen click 'Check Out', enter payment information, click 'Place Order' and your transaction is complete. You will be sent an email receipt for the sale.
Cabana Rental Agreement
It is the responsibility of the head renter to fill out the renter’s agreement by Friday, January 31, 2025.

CABANA RENTER INFORMATION FORM
All cabana residents listed here are required to have an active club membership. No exceptions.
Each cabana can have a maximum of 6 residents total. This includes children/youths.
Any resident listed is allowed to use the guest passes to that cabana (see cabana guest policy).
