Who doesn't want greats abs! This class is dedicated to strengthening the abdominal and core muscles. All abilities welcome.
Virtual Yoga
A guided experience of Yoga postures and deep relaxation. Stretches and strengthens muscles, tones body systems, and calms the mind.
Virtual Zumba
Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
You will need some space to move around, supportive shoes, water and an open mind!
Virtual Tai Chi
Chinese martial art consisting of slow, flowing and meditative movements. There are no age limitations to participation, just loose clothing and soft shoes.
Virtual Tabata
An intense, full body interval training class, using different exercises, at a specific interval of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds. Be prepared to push yourself!
Group Cycling
A 45 minute to 1 hour cardio cycling class. Pedal to music along with a guided visual images journey.
